Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, if you are not satisfied with a product(s) and bring the same to our notice within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s), we will try to help you in the best possible manner on case by case basis. In genuine cases we will be able to offer you a credit note of value equal to your purchase. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
